Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central, New York

The location made it so easy to get to the shows we wanted to see, as well as the subway, which we used almost every day. The staff were excellent, and held our luggage for us at the beginning and the end of our stay, accommodating our flight schedule. That made both of those days even better, as we could go see things without worrying about our bags. We also loved the terrace off the lounge area. It was nice to sit outside and look at the skyline from the 27th floor! The shower was great, too, and even though the bathroom was small, it was well-designed and worked well for us. I loved the bed (king size) and slept really well every night.

We liked the location of the hotel, central and also in a safe environment, we looked at other hotels and saw that most of the hotels in Manhattan had a large homeless population in the area. For us, security was important when walking late at night. Also, I had seen comments about bed bugs in New York, but here the beds and bathroom were clean and spotless. We had a great time on the terrace with a view on the top floor of the hotel and enjoyed the free coffee.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in New York. The room and bathroom were both clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the availability of cold water on the hallway, as well as complimentary refreshments (coffee, tea, and cold water) on the 27th floor. A thoughtful touch was the availability of toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and shaving cream in the hallway, free of charge. Another delightful surprise was the yoga mat provided directly in the room and the option to follow yoga lessons available on the hotel TV. This was such a unique and relaxing feature! The hotel’s location near Grand Central Station is absolutely brilliant. It’s perfect for exploring New York’s main attractions, either on foot or by metro. For breakfast, I highly recommend Little Collins café, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel – a fantastic spot to start your day. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its attention to detail, excellent amenities, and prime location. Highly recommended!

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the air conditioner was not too nosey (which is sometimes hard to find in NYC) and I found the room to be very clean. The location is also very good being right next to Grand Central. I only stayed one night and didn't interact with the staff much but when I did they were very friendly.

Excellent location 2 blocks from Grand Central and really easy to get uptown and downtown, free tea and coffee on a roof terrace overlooking Lexington Ave. Room size was great for NYC as it’s a business hotel there was work space in the room giving extra space and the bed was so comfortable.
